When will we ship?
We will ship within 3 days of receiving your order. When your order is ready to ship we will send you and confirmation email and a tracking number .
What if I have an issue with a product?
Our goal is to get every order perfect, however we are not perfect and on occasion make mistakes.
If you receive a product that has an issue please do the following:
Email us immediately @ email@example.com .
Indicate what the issue is:
Broken *Defective *Missing *Wrong item.
Let us know if you would like a replacement or store credit.
We will return your email and advise you of the status of the new item shipped or your store credit amount.
To return a product email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 575-937-1801. The items will need to be return within 10 days in original packaging. You will be issued a store credit for you to use either immediately or a future date.
Please be advised that we will only accept returned goods if you contacted us by email or phone within 10 days of arrival. Any item that is considered vintage or repurposed will be an “as is” product and can not be returned.
We can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped from our store.
When will an item be back in stock?
Because of our diverse collection of items we sell online and the different manufactures we buy from we are unable to tell you when a product will be available again.
